Way to go Dan Gilbert! I hope Miami gets put out in the first round next year. I hate the LA Lakers but I just became their biggest fan. Typical of Lebron to leave HIS city. Other than fans of the Miami Heat and a couple of ding bats along the way, most will be pulling for the Heat to finish dead last. Way to go Dan!!! Maybe if Seattle had an owner like you (someone who cares more about his fans than some fat headed super-star) we would still have a team! GO GILBERT!!!
Why would you blame Miami for signing LeBron? Why hate them for that? They did what every NBA team wanted to do, sign the best players available. You don’t make any sense in that regard, I’m sorry.
Dan Gilbert doesn’t care about his fans, if he did, he would have surrounded LeBron with better players over the last seven years.
Ballgame is right, all Dan Gilbert is trying to do now is turn everyone against LeBron in order for fans to buy tickets to see an awful Cavs team play.
I don’t buy what Gilbert said for one second! And I certainly won’t ever blame Miami for this. It isn’t Miami’s fault that Cleveland has an idiot for an owner.

The sad thing is that he says that Cleveland will win a title before the Heat do…when in reality, he just went from the No. 1 overall seed in the NBA Playoffs to a 5:1 shot at getting the No. 1 overall pick in 2011.
